Keyholder

If you have been asked to complete a Unit Inspection by your landlord, the following steps will show you how to use Keyholder for this.

You receive an email requesting you to login to Keyholder to complete a Unit Inspection. The url for the sign up page is <a href="https://app.keyholder.ie/sign-up" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.keyholder.ie/sign-up</a>

After login, you will see the Unit Inspection request pending for you. You should click 'View Request' to view the details.

You should select the Unit Inspection by clicking into the request that is highlighted in red.

The request will open on the first area in the list. You simply click on Take a picture and the camera will open on your phone. If you attempt this on a desktop device, you will be advised that the inspection needs to be completed on a mobile device. This is to ensure that only current images are used in the inspection.

 After you have submitted their inspection details, you are given the opportunity to create a repair request if one is necessary. You request a repair by switching the toggle button to request a repair.
