How to send a screening request

To request that an applicant complete a screening process, you can follow these steps:

1. Access your dashboard and locate the property you want to screen applicants for.

2. Click on the ⋮ button, then select the option to screen new tenants.

3. Select the screening items you want to include in the request and who will be responsible for the screening fee.

4. After selecting the screening items, click on the Next button to proceed to the next step.

5. On the next screen, you will be asked to enter the applicant's email address or phone number. Make sure to double-check the information you've entered to ensure it is correct.

6. Once you've entered the applicant's email address or phone number, click on the Send Request button to send the request.

7. The applicant will receive an email or text message with a link to complete the screening process. They will need to click on the link and follow the instructions provided to complete the screening.

8. Once the applicant has completed the screening process, you will receive a notification and be able to view the results on your dashboard.

It's important to note that the applicant must complete the screening process within a certain time frame, or the request will expire and you will need to send a new request. Additionally, the applicant may need to provide additional information or documentation to complete the screening process.
