Do I need to pay again if I am applying to more than one property?

If your landlord or agent has requested that you pay for the application fee and you are applying to more than one property using Keyholder, you will need to submit a payment for each application. However, you can apply for as many properties as you wish within a 30 day period for no additional fee.
